My motto is that I will never source a watch I wouldn’t wear myself. Each piece is curated with the utmost care. All inspections and cleaning are done in house.
This website operates and ships in the US ONLY. Orders dispatch within 3-5 business days, but usually sooner. Email us with any shipping inquiries and we will be happy to accommodate. All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find your confirmation or tracking email.
In the case of your package going missing or not arriving, please check your tracking number first. Missing packages are often delivered to a wrong address, likely due to incorrect information provided during checkout. Our responsibility ends once the package is dropped off and scanned by the shipping company. For any issues, please report them to your local post office or shipping company, as they will likely offer you a refund.
Please read each product description carefully before placing your order. Orders are prepared within an hour or two, so cancellation may no longer be possible once processing begins. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or faulty. Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your item. We do not provide prepaid return labels; returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect. Exceptions may be made depending on the situation, so please reach out with any inquiries.
Most watches we sell are antique or vintage pieces, and some are close to 50 years old or more. Small signs of age, wear, or variation may be visible. Every watch is carefully curated, personally inspected, checked, and cleaned when sourced and again before dispatch. Any major or noticeable marks and condition details will be mentioned in the product description. These watches come with stories rather than factory perfection; small imperfections and patina are part of each piece’s character.
All watches we sell claim to be waterproof or water resistant by the original factory. To help your piece last a lifetime, avoid water and harsh chemicals. Remove it before showering, swimming, exercising, and sleeping.
